I had to do a video interview where I was asked questions by the team and didn't have much time to prepare. It was all in German, which I found discriminatory as a non-native speaker. One question about "Polter abend" made me unsure if it was for females or males in that split second. It didn't feel like a fair interview for an HR role.

It was a video interview, done remotely, followed by a live interview on MS Teams with the hiring manager and a recruiter. Unfortunately, I was rejected afterward. They asked cultural fit questions and job-specific questions. Overall, the process was very professional, friendly, and appreciative. But sadly, I got rejected.

I had a telephone interview first, then it was followed by an in-person meeting. The team was friendly, and they asked standard interview questions. It was a Competency based interview style. I got an offer of a final interview with senior stakeholders but I declined it because of the location.
