Procurement Manager
I've never had an interview leave such a bad taste in my mouth as the one with Emma. The interview process with the managers was very complex, not to say uncomfortable. They asked me about ROI processes and projections, sales projections, advertising campaigns, and other processes that have nothing to do with the procurement role they posted. The interaction was uncomfortable and, honestly, a waste of time. If there had been clarity on how the process would be and the dynamics were focused on the job they offer, maybe the process would have been satisfactory for both parties. I think if an interview process is unclear and unfocused, working at this company must be full of uncertainties and erroneous processes that can seem complex.

Procurement Manager
Applied online and got a link for a PI Cognitive Test the next day. Online tests are a terrible way to filter candidates nowadays. I completed the test. A few days later, I received a rejection email with no details. I guess I dodged a bullet. A company that relies on online tests for selection is probably not reliable to work for. Avoid this company.

Supply Chain Manager
Right after applying, I got an email inviting me to a video call, which happened about two weeks later. The interview was really nice. The recruiter used 'du' with me and made me feel comfortable quickly with her relaxed manner. Unfortunately, the company couldn't meet my expectations for additional benefits, so it didn't lead to an offer. Still, I can totally imagine applying to Emma again at some point. They asked a brainteaser and a creative task.
