The interview process was long with detailed interviews that lasted more than one hour each. In the end, I was completely ghosted without any feedback or even a rejection. One interview with the People Operations person was extremely uncomfortable; I believe that this person needs more training on how to conduct interviews. Overall, a very negative impression on the company.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Applied online and heard back after about two weeks. The interview process has three main parts: first, a Cognitive/Behavioral Assessment which is a PI Test to see how candidates fit the role. If you pass that, you move to a 30-minute Pre-Call, which is like an initial screening with usually two people, one from HR. This pre-call was rushed by the recruiter, who interrupted a lot. Then, there's Recruitment Day, which is a 4-hour block. It starts with a boring company presentation, followed by 3 one-hour interviews (about 3 hours total). Getting to the third interview means they're likely considering an offer. The interviews are tough because they want unique, 'innovative' answers and frown upon regular, 'bookish' responses. It just gets tiring and is a headache. I was rejected for being 'pragmatic,' as they apparently look for 'anti-pragmatic' folks. Honestly, save your time, it's a bad experience.
