Project Manager
I applied to two jobs at Emma that matched my background. I got an email to interview but wasn't sure which role. I asked HR, but they didn't reply, so I only found out the role during the interview. It was a bit weird, honestly, but not a huge deal. The interviewer seemed young and used a lot of slang, which wasn't very professional but was kind of funny. Their questions really challenged my ability to think creatively on the spot. She also never told me about the next steps, which is okay because I learned more about the company, and it turned out not to be a good fit for my career goals.
- Using just a pen, string, and scissors, how would you persuade customers to purchase directly from the website rather than through third-party platforms?
Project Manager
The process is announced at the very beginning and seems clear and quick. Very long tests to do at the start. New stages then appear in the recruitment process even though they were not announced at the beginning, with new tests. Application rejected on a subject that was not discussed in interviews.
- What are your salary expectations?
Project Manager
The process was really fast, and I heard back about a first interview within a week of applying. After that, I had 3 interviews in total with managers. These were really constructive and the questions were interesting. HR got back to me super quickly after an interview, within 24-48 hours max.
