The interview process started with a 30-minute recruiter call to assess role and company fit. This was followed by a 1-hour session with the hiring manager focusing on technical skills. The process continued with two to three 1-hour interviews with different people, and a whole day on Friday that began with a company presentation. During the interviews, two people assessed company fit and general skills like thought leadership and the ability to get things done.

Behavioral Technical

This whole process was a drag. They had me booked for a whole friday afternoon with 3 or 4 interviews, each lasting an hour. All they talked about was how much the company is 'always changing' and how they're all super workaholics. Honestly, I wasn't feeling it and didn't get an offer, which was fine by me. What really annoyed me though is that they ghosted me on feedback after I spent my whole day on it. This place is not for anyone looking for stability. If you're on the fence, just skip it. It's way too much work and if you check online reviews, you'll see the same thing about constant changes and overworking.
