First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Emissary.
Recruiting Associate
I interviewed with 4 people from the department I was applying to be a part of. The interviewers were nice and conversational. Each interviewer had individualized questions. Overall it was a solid experience. Nothing out of the ordinary. I did get a feel for the company culture.
- What is your past experience?
- Why do you want to work here?
Customer Success Manager
I applied for a job about two months ago. Had a phone interview with a manager, it went pretty good. Then scheduled for an in person interview where I talked to the same manager again and a senior in the department for about an hour. They said they would contact me again to schedule a third interview. A week went by and I received no response. Sent a follow up email and I still have no answer. :/
- Could you please tell us a little bit about yourself?
Customer Success Associate
I was first contacted about an interview at Emissary after meeting a manager at a job fair. Then I went back for more interviews, even with the CEO, after doing a mock-customer call over the phone. By the time it was all done, I had met with about 4 or 5 people.
- What strategies would you use to resolve an unhappy customer situation?
- How has your prior work experience prepared you for this role?
Engagement Operations Associate
We kicked off with a quick 15-minute phone chat, then I had to do a timed take-home written assignment. After that, there was a group interview for the second round, followed by a skip-level meeting and a cross-functional interview round.
- Can you tell me about your background?
