The process started out well. A recruiter contacted me and immediately organized a phone interview. Once I passed this, a phone interview was organized with around 5 people - superintendents, managers and other engineers. I did not get any news or feedback for this interview for almost 3 months. I was later told that there was HR alignment issues. A final interview was conducted 3 months later.
