The interviewers were friendly and explained things in detail. Be prepared for lots of technical questions. They made me very comfortable. It took them a long time to get back to me, but they offered an amazing package and flexible timing. There was a panel of 3 interviewers.

Reliability Engineer
The process started out well. A recruiter contacted me and immediately organized a phone interview. Once I passed this, a phone interview was organized with around 5 people - superintendents, managers and other engineers. I did not get any news or feedback for this interview for almost 3 months. I was later told that there was HR alignment issues. A final interview was conducted 3 months later.

Accountant
First register and apply online. HR reviews CVs and screens candidates against job requirements. Selected CVs go to the department for further evaluation. Expect a call for the next step, which could be a phone interview or an in-person interview. The interview process includes a written test, a personal interview, and a final interview round. Successful candidates are notified to HR for the recruitment process.
