Software Engineer
So there were 2 technical rounds. The first one was pretty good, lasted about an hour, and covered a lot of Java, Springboot, and Microservices stuff. Lots of coding questions too, like String/Inheritance, Singleton class design, and handling double locking in multithreaded Singletons. Also asked about Springboot annotations. The second round was super short, only 10 minutes, with a very senior person. They asked for my top 3 skills, and then asked a question from something I hadn't listed as a top skill. Then they asked me to write a SQL query for a scenario, I explained my approach, but they cut me off and ended the interview.
- Given many coding questions and asked the outputs
- Write a singleton class and handle double locking for multhithreading
- Springboot annotations (eg. Diff. b/w Controller and RestController, What is @Resource and @Autowired etc)
Software Engineer
Had 3 rounds. First was Apti, Logical reasoning, and Computer fundamentals covering Data structures, Algorithms, Operating systems, DBMS, Computer Networks, and a bit of Computer Architecture. Second round was a Technical discussion about my project, DBMS concepts like types of joins and SQL commands, and web technologies. The third round was an HR discussion about introduction, challenges faced in projects, and my strengths and weaknesses.
- Tell me about your project from your CV.
- Can you tell me about DBMS?
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Technical Lead
The interview process at this waste company involves a face-to-face interview. Be prepared to wait at least two hours. After all rounds are completed and you are told you are clear, they will say they will get back to you soon. If you follow up, they might say your package is too high, which is questionable since they should know this at screening. There's a lack of proper follow-up for candidates who clear the rounds. Despite advertising for immediate joiners, they recruit for the same position for over a month.
- Can you explain how Linq functions?
