Business Analyst
The interview process was super quick, wrapped up in about 20 days. It kicked off with an online test, then a tech round, followed by two client-facing rounds, a DM round, and finally an HR round. Everything went smoothly and the HR team was really on top of things. The questions asked are tailored to your specific background, with interviewers sometimes asking things that go beyond your immediate profile.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Business Analyst
The interview was telephonic as I'm in a different city. HR mentioned that the first round (Technical) feedback was great. The second round was with a Project Manager. She was in a hurry for another meeting and told me to hurry up. When I started introducing myself, she interrupted and asked specific questions, which prevented me from explaining my experience properly.
- Questions will be based on your resume experience, and you must be able to justify everything you've listed.
Business Analyst
The interview process involved 4 telephonic rounds. The first was with HR to assess the strategic fit of my profile. The second was with the COE manager, who explained the role and discussed how I could add value as a Business Analyst. The third round was with the VP, covering my qualifications, work experience, and salary expectations, which were agreeable. The fourth round was with HR again, who confirmed I had passed the previous stages and needed to visit the Bangalore office for a final face-to-face meeting. Before traveling, I tried to negotiate salary, but the HR person didn't revert. Later, another HR Manager inquired about the status, and after I explained, he assured me I did well and salary wouldn't be an issue, promising an update that same day. However, I haven't heard back since.
