Super smooth interview process. The managers are really engaged and took their time to get to know the folks wanting to join their team. It was a smooth interview process overall. The managers are engaged with the process and took time to get to know the employees who wants to be part of their team.

Technical Sales
I was invited to an assessment center where we did some group activities. After that, I had an interview with the Regional Manager and the Senior HR, which took about an hour. They asked a lot of behavioral questions and really wanted to get to know me, my work ethic, and me as a person. They inquired about my previous work experience and any extra curricular activities I participated in. The whole process was very well organized and relaxed.

Sales
They contact you to ask about your experience and availability, at the end they close with how much you ask for salary and that's it, there is no follow-up in any way. Waste of time for the candidate.
