Had a phone call with HR, in English, after several postponements from them. It lasted about half an hour. I was asked several questions about my past experiences. After about a month, they informed me that they had filled the position with another candidate, after I prompted them for news about the selection process.

We usually kick things off with a quick call from a recruiter or HR person to get a feel for your background and why you're interested. Then, there are some technical interviews where we check out your tech skills, how you solve problems, and sometimes even throw in a coding challenge. After that, you'll likely have some behavioral or panel interviews with team members or managers to see how you work with others and if you'd be a good fit for the team. You might need to talk about projects you've worked on or present some solutions. The final stage could involve chatting with senior folks to make sure you're on the same page with the company's values and where we're headed.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The interviews are often spontaneous, light, and conversational, with interviewers being professional and possessing a positive approach.

I went through 3 interviews. It started with an HR check, then I spoke with my potential PM manager, and the final round was a panel conversation. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable, so it was a great process. Mostly, they asked questions about me and my background to get to know me better.
