I had a phone screening with HR, then a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and other managers. I got an offer 48 hours later, first verbally from HR, then a formal offer letter.

The whole process was really nice, and everyone was friendly. They kept in touch throughout and I could follow along, ask questions, and show the skills they were looking for. Overall, I thought it was a very good process.

Behavioral Technical

After sending in my resume and a short cover letter for the online application, I had to answer a few follow-up questions. Then, I had a Skype interview, followed by an in-person interview at the office with the local team. They also showed me around the office. It was a standard interview with only a few behavioral questions. The whole process, especially the last interview, felt ambiguous and unprofessional. They didn't provide a clear hiring timeline or deadline. My interview got rescheduled without any notification, and I never got any feedback after asking for it. One of the interviewers mentioned issues with internal company communication, which wasn't a great start.

So first, I had to fill out these questionnaires about how I would handle certain job-related issues. Because there's a lot of writing involved in this job, I figured the questionnaires were testing my writing skills as much as my answers. Then, I had a phone interview, which was pretty standard. Finally, I went in for an in-person interview with a few of the team members.
