The interview process was pretty straightforward. They asked about my experience and some behavioral questions, like 'what would your friends say about you?' but this might vary for others. Then, they asked a few EMS-related questions. These questions were often situational and involved understanding protocol/indications. Basically, if you can answer the basic interview questions and have your EMT fundamentals down, it's not too bad.

I sent my resume in on the internet and then got an email to set up a phone chat. I talked to one supervisor. I didn't get asked as many questions as I thought I would. Having someone who worked there made it easier to check in with.

I submitted my application online and then received a phone call inviting me to an in-person interview at the company's main office. The interview was quite brief, lasting only about ten minutes. During the interview, there were two paramedics and a representative from HR. They inquired about my previous work experience and my reasons for wanting to join their team. They also asked about my long-term career plans with the company. About two days after the interview, I was extended a job offer.
