The first interview is brief, with a few questions. They'll tell you immediately if you're moving on to the second interview. The second interview is pretty long, about 1-2 hours, and includes more questions about you, plus they'll explain the job duties. The third interview, which happens on the same day as the second, is short and laid-back.

First, you'll have a quick chat (15-30 min) at the office about your ambitions, successes, and why you're keen on EMG. Then, a more in-depth meeting (around an hour) will cover EMG's clients, their work, your role expectations, and career growth within the company. Finally, there's a very short session to answer any remaining questions you might have with another person. It's all very relaxed and friendly, with no need to feel stressed about meeting anyone.

It was a multi-step thing. First, I had a 20-minute meeting at their office with the office manager. They wanted to see if I was worth their time. They asked about my goals, looked at my resume, and checked out my professionalism and people skills. The next day, I interviewed with a "leader" who's one level above a Sales Rep. She told me about the company and would be my point person. Then, I filled out a form at the office, and the last question was if I had any questions – gotta ask a good one there. After that, there was a quick 5-minute chat with the assistant manager of the office. The next day, they called to say I got the job.

It was a 3 step interview process. It seems like they want to pick people who are serious about work and understand what the company is about. They also wanted to know about my personal interests and ambitions. I felt like they took me, the candidate, seriously, and my impression mattered. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with my experience. Be aware that it is about 2 hours, so plan out your interviews with a 3 hour difference.
