The interview process was good and everything was organized. The interviewer was nice and professional. They explained the job and the company well and asked about my experience and answered my questions. They communicated clearly and on time.

I've had multiple interviews with this company. The questions are pretty standard and are used for many different roles. It's a pretty chill process compared to other interviews. The interviewers are nice, and it feels more like a conversation to get to know each other. Some questions will be a bit tough and make you think about your past experiences and skills, but they don't grill you.

Had one phone interview, and then about 2 weeks later, I had an in-person interview. They were pretty flexible with scheduling, which was nice. The interview itself was fair, pretty average, and formal. It was good that an HR person was there. The questions were really general, like asking about my goals, to introduce myself, go over my resume, and why I'm applying, not much about skills.

After submitting my resume, I was called for a face-to-face interview. It was mostly general questions, with a few about the position itself, like my experience with Excel or other data managing software. Many questions were easy to prepare for. The job title wasn't very familiar and it was quite boring, but staying positive led to an extension of my internship as a Junior Mechanical Engineer.
