I applied for a Data Analyst role and the job description was too vague. The interview process wasn't very structured either. I only talked to HR and they couldn't really give me technical details about the role, which made it hard to understand what the job actually is and how my skills would fit. I think it would be better if they had someone more technical interview candidates instead of just HR. The whole hiring process seems a bit disorganized and not specific enough. They should be clearer with job descriptions in the future.

I talked to a recruiter, and then had about 2 or 3 interviews with the main people. Didn't get the job, they said I didn't have enough experience. But weirdly, in the last interview, they didn't really ask me technical or job experience questions. It felt kind of awkward and not super organized.

A recruiter reached out, and the company's mission resonated with my career goals. I had a couple of brief remote interviews with key team members, which was a nice way to connect. A week later, I visited their office for an onsite interview. This involved meeting with various teams, with each session lasting 30-60 minutes. We discussed long-term objectives, I answered some technical questions from the development team, and I also had ample opportunity to ask about the company. The people were great, the office environment was positive, and there's exciting growth on the horizon!

We had a multi-stage interview process. It included three in-person interviews and a final interview with the CFO and CEO. There was also a task where I had to create a financial model (P&L and cash flow) and a strategy pitch deck, which I then had to present.
