Applied online and then got a call about 3 weeks later from the recruiter for a phone interview about my experience. Next, I had another phone interview with the Director of Quality. After that, the recruiter called to set up the in-person interviews. I met with some senior managers and engineers, one-on-one. It seemed a bit disorganized, and one manager couldn't make it. I flew home and got a job offer within a day and a half.

After a long wait of about 8 weeks from applying, I was finally considered for an interview. This happened because the initial candidate selected quit after two weeks. I was next in line. I went through a 4-hour interview with four managers and team members. I felt good about the process; the questions were detailed, but it seemed like they really wanted to see if I'd be a good fit for the team.
