The interview process was a bit rough. I was initially told the recruiter would follow up the same day, but they didn't. I had to email them three days later to get the process started, which was about three weeks ago. I've followed up a few times since then. Last week, I emailed again about the position, but I still haven't heard back. Even though I was offered two other jobs and turned them down for this one, I'm really disappointed with how this company handled things. I feel it's unacceptable to offer someone a job and then go silent. I'd advise anyone offered a position here to keep looking because you might not hear from them again after the offer.

After submitting my online application, I waited a few weeks before getting contacted to set up an initial phone screening with a recruiter. They asked me a bunch of specific questions. Then, I was invited for a first in-person interview at the corporate office, also with a recruiter. This interview included more standard interview questions, plus a medical terminology test, a typing test, and two transcription tests. Next, I had a second interview with the regional manager, which mostly rehashed the same job interview questions. The third interview was on-site with the lead CIM. It felt more casual, like a tour and Q&A session. The whole process took about three months, which felt longer than my previous job search. Juggling the three interviews while in my last semester of college and commuting from NY to NJ was a bit tricky, but we managed.

The Office Manager was very polite. She started by explaining the job description generally, and also about the practice and how it operates. Then she asked some questions about my experience, board certification, and other things. The whole experience was very pleasant. The owner of the practice is so polite and compassionate towards his patients and their families. Pros: polite and open-minded office manager and owner of the practice.

I really liked how this company handled their hiring. The recruiters were great at keeping me interested and informed throughout the process. They explained everything clearly and even had me come in to do some of the paperwork. Honestly, it was one of the smoothest hiring experiences I've had.
