It was very complete, they requested an essay and an English test. The essay was done in person in a room at their headquarters in São José dos Campos. I had a conversation first with the HR team and then a conversation with the area manager. Overall, I had the impression of a quick and well-managed process.

The team was attentive and made me feel comfortable during the interview. I had the chance to ask my main questions and showcase my experience. The interview was brief but effective. The worst part was waiting through the GUPY process. This system is exhausting for candidates. I'm no longer interested in applying to this company as long as they use the GUPY platform. While I advance quickly at other companies, with GUPY, we wait months on meaningless tests for the final role. Not to mention the English test, which heavily emphasizes grammar rather than actual fluency.
