PBX Operator
After passing various stages and completing verifications, the employer usually gives a formal job offer. The goal is to find candidates with technical knowledge for PBX systems, strong customer service, and professionalism for client/staff interaction. Behavioral questions assess professionalism, adaptability, and working under pressure, focusing on managing stress, prioritizing, and staying positive during busy times. Soft skills like patience, attentiveness, and communication are important. After the initial screening, candidates often do a technical assessment or situational questions to test problem-solving, PBX knowledge, and troubleshooting skills. These help gauge how applicants handle real-world scenarios like managing multiple calls or fixing system interruptions.

Clinical Care Partner
I interviewed in the HR building first. Then in the hospital on another day, with one of the managers. She didn't ask many questions. They assume you know what you are doing anyway. I had to keep calling every week asking if the job was still there, and finally I called HR and then I got a call to start. I guess the hardest part is just getting an interview.
- How do you handle a lot of work?
Registered Nurse
It was a quick and low-stress interview, and very formal. The interviewers were really good at explaining the duties and requirements of the role. They basically just asked about my background, education, and qualifications. It was a quick and low-stress interview, and very formal.
