The interview process was a complete, unprofessional waste of time. I first connected with a recruiter who scheduled an interview immediately. The interview felt forced, with the interviewer's camera off and long pauses after my responses, suggesting she was multitasking. She thought I was a good fit and set up an interview with the hiring manager. I wanted to try again because I believed in the company's mission. The hiring manager spoke for most of the 30 minutes, asked two questions, and I barely had time to ask anything. She mentioned an assignment, and after I completed and sent it, I heard nothing for a week. I followed up and was told they were 'still reviewing it.' They never responded about the assignment, then contacted me for another role. Later, they emailed saying they weren't moving forward with the second role because they found someone, which makes me question why they contacted me in the first place. Honestly, I feel like I dodged a bullet and would never work for them again due to feeling completely disrespected.

The interview was conducted over Teams and had a lot of technical issues, with the connection constantly cutting out. This made it difficult to hear the questions properly, and as a result, I feel I answered most of them incorrectly. I believe the interview should have been conducted in person, as I have had in-person interviews before.

I interviewed at Elysium Health back in November 2017. Adam from Elysium Health was super helpful throughout the whole thing. We had an initial phone call to see if it was a good match, and he was really upfront about the timeline, always keeping me in the loop. The whole process took about 5 weeks. After one phone interview, I went into the office for a full day. They even took me out to lunch! Being in the office for a few hours was great for getting a feel for the environment and culture. The two other people I had lunch with were awesome. They weren't part of the interviews, so it was nice to just chat and learn about the culture without any pressure. Adam's consistent follow-ups made the interview process at Elysium Health pretty stress-free.

My interview process was broken down into three parts and took roughly 2 weeks from start to finish. My first call was an interview with the VP of People Operations, Adam. Several days later, I had a second phone interview with the VP of Growth Marketing, Katie. After rounds 1 and 2, I was invited to come into the office where I participated in several group style interviews. Finally, their was a project/presentation portion where I was given a business problem before my on-site interview and was then tasked with presenting my analysis to the marketing team when I came in .
