The process lasted two months with very poor communication. There was little clarity, and HR initiated contact via WhatsApp. They would give a date, then weeks would pass before they communicated again, or I had to reach out. After I invested time, they sent a generic email saying they liked my profile but chose someone else. There was zero feedback.

So basically, I first got contacted on LinkedIn. Then I had a call with someone from their talent team, and then I got an email saying I was rejected. But then a couple weeks later, they sent another email saying the rejection was a mistake and I had a Zoom call with a Lead Designer. It was a pretty normal chat, and they said they'd let me know by the end of the week, but I never heard back.
