The interview process was quite lengthy and demanding, involving an HR screening, followed by an assignment. This assignment was timed and challenging, and the review of the assignment was also timed. Finally, there was a team interview. Overall, it required significant effort.

It was a really smooth process. Started with applying on Workday, then a quick chat with HR about the job duties. After that, there was a written task where I had to edit an article. The final step was a one-hour interview with the managers who were super friendly and asked thoughtful questions. They really encouraged learning and seemed eager to help. They were upfront about salary early on, which I appreciated. The whole process felt like they genuinely wanted to find people who are good at the job and willing to work hard, unlike many big companies with tons of pre-screening. It was refreshing to feel like they just wanted to get to know me. Communication was brilliant, easy to reach the recruiter, and everyone was really friendly.
