Had an HR call for 10 mins. Then, about two weeks later, the first technical interview happened, lasting an hour. They asked specific questions about my previous projects, focusing on NLP. The interview was entirely about NLP and how transformers work. The next interview was an hour and 15 mins. It was almost all about RAG and GenAI, covering every possible step in depth. The HR and managers were nice and helpful. Got the offer three weeks after the last interview.

The whole process took about 3 weeks. I had an initial interview with the hiring manager where she asked about my background and then said she'd be moving me forward. The next interview was with a team member based in Amsterdam, which required me to use PTO from my current job to attend in the morning. This second interview included more technical questions. By the following Monday, I got an email saying they were proceeding with other candidates. I asked for feedback because I had invested a lot of time and effort into these interviews, but I never received a reply to my email.
