There was a take-home assignment before the interview which we discussed, but the interview itself mostly focused on scenario-based questions using the STAR method. The interview was pretty straightforward and consisted of only one stage.

I applied direct on the website and was contacted by the internal recruiter within a day for some additional information. A couple of days later, I was asked to come in for an interview. The recruiter gave very poor information about the interview process, not saying how many interviews or what the format would be until I got there. After the interview, I didn't hear back for 3 weeks, even after chasing them up with emails. I was then told I didn't get the job. It's unprofessional to not let a candidate know the outcome.

It was a two-round interview process. First, I had a call with HR, which was kind of a drag because there was a lot of background noise, and it felt more like a Q&A session than a real interview. Then, I had a second interview with the hiring manager, which was much better – pleasant and interesting, focusing mainly on my past experience and how I've approached things.
