The interview followed the usual process for this kind of job. There were a lot of questions about DEI and qualifications, similar to other interviews I had. The staff were nice and answered my questions and spent time with me. The whole thing took about an hour to get through all the questions.

Had an initial zoom meeting/screening. It was supposed to be 30 minutes, but we talked for an hour because it went so well. The next steps are a panel zoom meeting and then a final on-campus interview. They asked pretty standard questions for a first round and reviewed the position. I followed up with a thank you message, but haven't heard anything back, not even a rejection. I was ghosted.
