I got a referral from an employee because they needed someone with experience. The first interview was with the local administrator, and it went pretty well. She asked pretty standard questions. They did mention there were more interviews to come. Then, I didn't hear back for about three weeks. After an event at their community, I happened to overhear that they had already hired someone. It took them almost a week to call or email me back. Honestly, it was super unprofessional from their regional side.

The interview process started about a month after initial contact with a phone interview. A week or so later, I met with a group of 7-10 people for an in-person interview. After that, communication stopped, and I heard nothing for weeks unless I reached out. My references were contacted after I gave them, and then weeks went by with no updates. Almost two months later, I got the rejection email while I was out of town on vacation, even though I had let them know in advance.

The interview process took several weeks. It started with an initial interview, followed by an assessment test about a week later. Then came a second interview, after which there was a waiting period of another week for clearances. Finally, there was a "meet the job" interview where your department director meets you and gives their approval. If they approve, you get the walkthrough. The whole process typically takes 3-4 weeks before you can start.

This place has open interviews every Tuesday, which you need to go to for a one-on-one interview. I attended one on May 20th and then got a call back on June 21st for the one-on-one, so there was a bit of a wait. The interviewer was friendly and the questions were mostly pretty easy. I was offered a contingent position, with the possibility of a full-time role when one opens up.
