First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Elm & Oak Health.
Care Manager
The interview process was straightforward. We connected virtually via TEAMS. They fully answered all of my questions. It was a nice interaction, and I feel sure that this role aligns perfectly with my background.
- What is your approach to managing additional patients assigned at month's end?
Outreach
The interview process was really pleasant. The people were nice and the whole thing was over pretty quickly. I met with a group of people and there was a pre-interview computer test to check my aptitude. It's a must to have experience or background working with Medicaid.
- What makes you the best candidate for this role?
Case Manager
First interview was over the phone with HR, about 30 min. The second interview was over zoom with 5 ladies. They were very kind and they made me feel comfortable. They were professional and really care about the mission of their organization
- Were you asked about home visits?
- Were you asked about documentation?
- Were you asked about driving?
Outreach Specialist
I interviewed with two people, and it was a very conversational process. There was an assessment where I had to look at a picture. I think it's to see if you can spot the good things when working with people in the community, not just the bad. This is a really useful skill when you're working with families who might not fit the typical mold.
- Could you tell me about three of your best qualities?
