It started with a phone screen, then another phone interview. After that, we had a teams meeting and then a few in-person interviews. I met with key staff members and got a tour of the facilities. The process concluded with one more in-person meeting with the decision team, followed by an offer. HR was really good about keeping in touch. Overall, a very good process.

First, there's a phone screening. If they seem to like you, you'll then go in for an in-person interview with the manager. They're nice enough, but not super warm. The recruiter wasn't really clear about stuff at the company.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

A recruiter reached out to me, and then I had a Zoom call with the hiring manager. Following that, I was invited for an on-site interview with the HR Team and some Operations team members. The hiring manager invited me to lunch to conclude the process. Upon my arrival, the interview team was ready with my resume, having highlighted key areas. The discussion was relevant and conversational, and they allowed time at the end for my questions. They also gave me a tour. It was an exceptional process and experience!

Behavioral Technical

I applied to Ellsworth at the end of June and was granted a phone interview shortly after. I thought I did very well in the phone screen and the recruiter said he'd be very surprised if the hiring managers didn't want to speak with me further. Another week went by with no news, so I reached out for an update. I was told that the hiring managers were very interested, but there was some departmental restructuring that was delaying the process. That was over two months ago. I never heard anything back.
