First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Elligo Health Research.
Manager
After I applied, a recruiter got in touch pretty quickly to set up an initial interview. I sent over my availability right after, but then the recruiter just ghosted me. I tried following up with the recruiter but got no response. The job was still listed when I looked later. It was pretty unprofessional and made me not want to work there.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Director
There were several interviews with people of different titles in the department. They asked typical questions about my past work experience, how it relates to this job, and some situation-based questions. I also learned more about the role, what's expected, and the company.
- Can you explain how your past experience is relevant to this position?
Business Development Manager
Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and suggested a different role. I interviewed with their boss, which seemed to go well. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager. This interview was awkward; they cut it short by 15 minutes and didn't seem to have read my resume. I had to arrange and pay for childcare for these interviews, only to be ghosted by both the recruiter and their manager afterward. I don't recommend this company.
- What motivates your interest in this company?
QA and Compliance Manager
Interview was successful even though the people I was supposed to meet in Austin weren't there. They sent an offer after, which I accepted. Then, after I quit my job and was about to start at Elligo, they called to say the role went to someone internal because of a leadership reorganization.
- Can you tell me about your background and qualifications?
