The interview process was great. The staff were very friendly and took their time to answer all of my questions. They gave me a tour of the facility and let me meet some of the children. I was very impressed with the facility.

The hiring and interview process was really pleasant and straightforward. First, I spoke with HR, and then I had an interview with Joy Adriano, who was the food service director back when the company had a different name. She was a fantastic leader – patient, kind, understanding, and really knew her stuff. She always supported her department and her team, believing in treating everyone fairly. I actually learned a lot about leadership from her. It's a shame the leadership quality has gone downhill so much since then.
