Distribution Officer
My resume, cover letter, and qualifications are reviewed by HR or the hiring manager. If they think I'm a good fit, they'll contact me for the next step, which involves checking my basic qualifications and communication skills, as well as my availability and salary expectations.
- What is your name?
- Tell me about your education.
- Are you proficient in English?
Cashier
You first meet the area manager, who introduces themselves, chats with you, and makes you feel comfortable. They ask about you and your family. I loved how they made me feel developed and confident. Before that, you go through a process of psychometric questions and exams, timing exams, and an interview with HR.
- Do you have children?
- Why do you want to work at Coppel?
- What studies do you have?
Assistant
I applied online and then I was contacted the next day. Within a week, I had a screening call, then an hour-long phone interview with the supervisor, and finally a two-hour in-person interview with the department. I felt pretty good about how the interviews went and thought I connected well with the people there. I left the last interview feeling really positive that they'd be in touch soon. A week passed with no word, so I emailed the manager. The only reply I got was a standard message from the recruiter saying I wasn't chosen. Which is okay, but I think they decided much earlier they wouldn't hire me and I feel like I should have at least been contacted directly instead of me having to follow up after a week.
- What makes you want to work in this role?
Consultant
So the interview process had a few steps to see if I was a good fit. First, they looked at my resume. Then, I had an in-person interview to check my basic qualifications and interest. After that, there was one more round with a technical assessment and behavioral questions. Then a panel interview. They did reference checks before offering me the job and told me the outcome. It all took a while.
- Can you describe your understanding of the task?
