Cashier
The interview process was very straightforward and script-oriented, using the STAR method. It all happened really fast. The interviewer was friendly and even offered me coffee.
- What motivates your interest in working here?
Technical Writer
Applied on June 11th, 2020. Got an email to schedule the first interview on June 15th. Had a screening interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist over the phone on June 16th. They emailed again to schedule the second interview on the same day. The second interview was supposed to be with the Potential Supervisor via Zoom on June 18th, but it ended up being over the phone. They said I'd hear back the next week (June 22nd-26th). They asked for writing samples. On June 24th, I got an email saying the process was taking longer and I should hear back by early the next week (June 29th-July 3rd). Got the job offer on July 1st. They apologized for the delay and said that even if I didn't accept, they wanted me to know I did very well in the interviews and wished me luck. Accepted the job. Started on July 15th, 2020.

Logistics Account Coordinator
I applied for this job through their corporate site after seeing it on Indeed, which was a simple, one-page application with three short answer questions. About a week later, I got a call for a quick phone interview where they talked about the job and the company. Then, I went on-site for another interview where they asked me basic questions, referencing my resume and past work. The hiring manager was really clear about the job's responsibilities and the office vibe. All in all, it was a good interview experience.
- In your own words, what is customer service?
- Could you explain what customer service means to you?
- What's your definition of customer service?
Billing Specialist
It was a pretty standard two-round interview process for the Billing Specialist role. They asked common questions about managing stress and organizing tasks. Overall, it wasn't too difficult. The interviewers were professional and explained things clearly. I got an offer pretty quickly after.
- How do you stay organized?
