It started with a phone call and then moved to some video interviews. If you're going to be working at the NY corporate office, there might be an onsite interview too. The interviewers were really nice and professional.

Interviewed by phone then online with good job-related questions. After that, I had an in-person interview which was a great experience.

Mark and Jeff were great throughout the whole process, keeping me updated since it was lengthy (during Covid). They were supportive and advocated for me. Mark was particularly helpful in negotiating the terms I wanted, leading to my current great role at an excellent company. Big thanks to Mark, Jeff, and Elite!

This was the weirdest phone interview I've ever had for a Business Development role. The interviewer was really rude and aggressive. They wanted me to list my current clients and then tried to figure out how to get around my noncompete agreement without offering to buy it out. It wasn't a typical interview; it felt more like they were just focused on what they could get out of me. I wouldn't suggest this company if you want a place that values your efforts and your organic sales approach.
