First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Elite Sportswear.
Customer Engagement Specialist
This was a pretty typical interview, and scheduling was easy. It's good entry-level work experience. The interview was done over video, so I didn't have to go anywhere. The person interviewing me was really patient because my kids were home and being kind of loud.
- In five years, where do you envision your career path?
Technical Designer
The interview process was laid-back and really helpful. Everyone on the team answered my questions and made me feel welcome. I had a few virtual interviews, and no in-person ones because of covid.
- Can you tell me about the experience that has best equipped you for this job?
IT Help Desk Technician
I applied for the IT Help Desk job and had a quick phone screen. They initially planned an in-person interview for Friday, but it got postponed. However, someone still ended up talking to me that day. Later, I had an in-person interview with two interviewers, which lasted about 30 minutes to an hour. I sent a thank you email after leaving, but unfortunately, I got a rejection email shortly after. When I asked for feedback to improve for future interviews, I received another rejection, which was quite a bummer, especially since they didn't offer any helpful insights.
- Were there questions about the job itself?
Customer Service Representative
I submitted my application online and then had a phone interview. They asked me general questions about my past work experience and my education. After that, they said they would contact me with more details.
- What are your biggest strengths?
