It's a 4 step interview process. First, a phone screening. If that goes well, it moves to an in-person interview. The first interview is with a manager, the second interview is with a leader in the office, and the final interview is with another manager. It's a really relaxed interview process.

Behavioral Presentation

Went through a 3 step in-person interview. The first round was with a sales manager who talked about the position and lead generation for about 30-45 mins. The second round, I chatted with a current consultant who asked me a few questions about myself and my background. Then I got to ask them questions, and they were super open about everything. The final interview was with another sales manager. They asked a few more questions and then extended an offer. They were really clear about what happens next, like for my first day and orientation. They seemed really excited, which made me excited too, and I couldn't wait to start! They even sent a reminder email, but I was so pumped I barely needed it.

Behavioral Other

The initial recruiter call was brief and lacked detail. The in-person interview with the manager felt misleading, as they presented the door-to-door selling aspect positively. A current employee mentioned the job is terrible and they're just looking to get their last paycheck before quitting. The pay is strictly commission-based with no guaranteed hourly or base salary. I was frustrated the recruiter didn't mention these critical details upfront, leading to a waste of time, driving, and gas money. Additionally, parking costs were not reimbursed.

Behavioral

Started with a quick 5-10 min phone screen. Then had 3 in-person rounds all in one day. The first was with a manager about the role basics and commission. The second was with my direct leader, the Solar Consultant, who talked about career growth and timelines. The last interview was more of a chat about my background and past experiences, and I got the job offer during this one. Each of these lasted 30-45 minutes.
