Behavioral

This was an onsite interview that lasted about an hour. I learned more about the role and the company's growth opportunities. We also discussed my previous experience and how it aligns with this position. The interview included several behavioral questions about how I've handled different situations. I was told a typical next step is a shadow, but that's postponed because someone is out sick, so I'll be doing an additional follow-up/shadow. No offer has been extended yet.

The interview was quite brief. I spoke with Sydney and Alexis who reviewed the job description and my potential duties as a staffing coordinator. They asked questions that were very similar to what was asked during the phone screen.

Behavioral Technical

The interview went really well overall. The interviewer, Taylor, asked direct questions professionally and kindly. She was open to answering my questions, though some of them she couldn't answer. I was surprised she didn't know much about the role at the Little Rock office. When I asked about Elite's clients there or unique issues for that office, she couldn't answer. It would also be good if she connected more with the interviewee when discussing resume roles. She didn't seem interested in a quick chat about a past role and just moved on. If she had said something like "Wow that role sounds interesting! Could you tell me a bit more about that," or incorporated those roles into later questions, I would have felt more acknowledged. Otherwise, it was a good experience. I was assured that Elite would contact me with next steps regardless. Very professional.
