& Process

There were three parts to the interview process. First, I had a one-on-one with the owner. Then, a few days later, I had a panel interview. Finally, I had another one-on-one with the owner again. All interviews were held at their office. The owner and the employees were really nice, and the chemistry was great. It was a bit disappointing though, because I felt I was overqualified for the role.

There were three initial interviews. The first was very short, the second was a group interview for me, and then one on one. There were multiple job postings and different descriptions for each job, but they were essentially interviewing many people for one position. Be weary in what you're looking for, this is basically a sales job and the job postings are misleading. They make multiple attempts through calling, texting, and e-mail to schedule an interview with you and are very thorough in follow-up with the interview location and process. It seemed a bit suspicious in how much effort they put into scheduling your interview, and you can do it online with their schedule. It is very convenient and they were extremely friendly & easy to work with.

I got an email, then a call the next day to set up an interview for the day after. I waited at reception and heard them using three different names for the company. My interview started 22 minutes late. I was way too dressed up compared to others. The job was supposed to be salary, but they wanted to put me in a sales role that's 100% commission. This wasn't the job I applied for. I still went through with it, and they wanted a second interview the next day. I said I couldn't do it then, but could next week. They said that was too far out and they'd call Monday. They didn't. But Tuesday at 10:30 AM, they called to confirm an interview for noon that same day. I didn't get a call or email for it. I declined because it seemed like a pyramid scheme using 'marketing' to get people in.

It was a 3 round interview process, and the 2nd interview was the longest. The first interview went by super fast, and they asked the questions below. The 3rd interview was just a wrap-up.
