First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Elite Marketing Group.
Sales Director
The interview process involved 5 total rounds. There were 2 phone interviews with HR and recruiting, followed by a 3 stage in-person interview with VP level. The last interview included MS office testing, with a focus on spreadsheets. The questions asked in the panel interview were direct but challenging, with a heavy focus on personality and commitment levels.
- Why are you the best candidate for this position?
Sales Representative
It's pretty quick. Basically, they just want to make sure you're not clueless. You gotta show you can sell the product. Since the job involves reaching out to people, you can't be shy – that won't make you any money anyway. You're also up against other reps for the same deals, so you need to be able to think fast. If you hit those points in your interview, you'll be good.
- Try to sell me something.
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was very professional and informative. They went into detail about what the job entailed and what would be expected if I were hired, and I was able to understand what I expected from them. They met in a reasonable and timely manner. I was asked to come back for a second interview, where I met with the district manager.
- Can you tell me about your experience in sales or customer service?
Manager
The process was smooth, friendly, and fast. The interviewer was very nice and provided a lot of information about the company and the job. I enjoyed the process and our conversation. The airport ID process is terrible though, but that's more Massport.
- Can you tell me about your background and experience?
- What's your experience with sales and marketing?
