Content Strategist
The interview process was supposed to be great but ended up being terrible. There were so many interviews over a whole month, and each one was more confusing than the last. The conversations just went on without any real direction or point. They used bait and switch tactics, making me think one thing, then another, and then another, until I didn't know what to believe anymore. In the end, it was just disappointment and disillusionment. No job offer, no payment for my time and effort, just wasted time and false hope. This company offers nothing but empty promises and broken dreams. It's a disappointment for anyone looking for a future in SEO or content strategy. Don't go there.
- What are your thoughts on what constitutes great content, and what metrics do you use to determine its success?
SEO Manager
The interview process for an SEO Manager is pretty standard for a senior marketing role, which is good. You want to make sure candidates are qualified. First, I had a phone screening with the recruiter, and we talked about a few things. She was really nice. Then, I had to complete an assignment that tested my marketing skills on their website. After that, I met with the Content Supervisor and the SEO Director. They were both very nice and welcoming. Overall, it was a great interview experience.

- Questions about Core Web Vitals to gauge my skills and experience.

SEO Content Strategist
This company keeps hiring for this role, but the 7-step process (which includes an unpaid writing sample) means they can never seem to fill it. Most of my interviews felt pointless, mainly just trying to use the right buzzwords with different team members. You'd think they'd be quicker filling a role posted every couple of months, but EIP shows you can be picky and demanding. The interviews were good practice for the constant time-wasting meetings that are typical for this job, though.
- Can you tell me about your experience with SEO writing?
Inside Sales Representative
The interview process was great. Started with an email from the recruiter. Then had a phone call with the recruiter which was pretty good, although they couldn't answer every question. After that, I had a Zoom call with company management, which was also really good. It's important to understand everything they tell you. Overall, it was a great interview and gave me a solid idea of what the role involves.
- Could you share the highest annual income you've ever achieved?
