It was a pretty simple process. First, a recruiter called me. If I seemed to have the basic qualifications, they scheduled a virtual interview with about two people from the company. The interview itself was straightforward. It was a good idea to ask and clarify any concerns during that interview. The interviewers were very kind and knowledgeable. I heard back within 48 hours about whether I was accepted or declined, either by call or email (I got my notification the same day as the second interview).

To start, you gotta send in your resume, a letter of recommendation from someone, and one from your advisor. If they like your application, you'll have two interviews. The first one is with a single person, and the second one is with two or three people who might be your supervisors.

This therapist interview was actually a great experience! The questions they asked really made me think about how I work with people. It was cool how the chat was all about empathy, talking with clients, and using real examples. It felt more like a genuine conversation than an interview, and I got to share my passion for mental health support. Left me feeling good and excited about the job.

The interview process was quite interesting however the information provided to me via my job duties list was not the actual job I was being asked to perform on a daily basis once I settled in.
