First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Elite Amenity Management.
Lifeguard/Swim Instructor
It was a simple interview process. They inquired about my previous work experience, and after that, I was offered the job. The interviewer was friendly, and the overall experience was pleasant.
- Can you tell me about your previous employment history?
Personal Trainer
It was tough but professional. Be ready with all your basics and don't let anything else distract you while you're there. They can tell if you're not fully present.
- Can you list your certifications?
Lifeguard
The interview was quick, to the point, and easygoing. They got right into the details after I arrived. I got a phone call the next day where we worked out the best hours and pay right away.
- What makes you a good candidate for this position?
- How would your skills benefit our team?
Lifeguard
The hiring process is good! I do not think that it is a difficult job to get if you are a certified lifeguard. However, you have to be available, and show them that you are available for whatever position that they might have to offer to you.
- When can you work?
