Got an email from HR and then had a phone interview scheduled. During the interview, I was asked a lot of questions about the job and my past experience. You need to talk about your previous experience in detail.

So the first interview was just a quick call, then the second one was more involved. It was a panel interview with 4 people – 3 were in the room with me, and the CIO joined remotely over the phone. The final stage was another panel interview, this time with the CEO, the Head of HR, and one of the people from the second panel. It was tough, came down to me and someone else, and they said I'd hear back in a few days. I actually had to call them to get an update. Honestly, it makes me think the reviews might be right, and it probably wouldn't have been a great place to work anyway.

It was a one on one interview that lasted about half an hour with various questions. We talked about my resume and then went into more detail about my past experiences and what I went through in my previous jobs. I also talked about how my skills related personally to me and the company's mission. They wanted to know my future aspirations and my openness to training to become versatile in different roles or locations. They also inquired about my reliable transportation.

The hiring manager was really disrespectful and rude during the interview. She kept questioning my qualifications and berating me. It felt like a waste of time, especially considering the low pay. I'm definitely looking at other options.
