Residential Counselor
The interview process felt good and gave me the impression that I'd have room to grow with the company. However, after being there a short while, I started to feel like my contributions weren't valued and that there wasn't a clear path for advancement.
- What would be your approach to managing a child exhibiting rage, aggression, or violent behavior?
Social Worker
I applied online at night and the recruiter called me the next morning. She was really nice and told me exactly what to do next, and set up an interview right away. They hired me the very next day! It was a really thorough but quick process, I was super surprised by how fast they moved!
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- What are your expectations for this role?
Residential Counselor
HR reached out to me about a week after I applied online and we scheduled an interview for later that week. The person who interviewed me was not the same HR person I'd been emailing with. She seemed pretty young and was noticeably late. She had a list of questions she was reading from. Didn't make a great first impression.
- What are your thoughts on the mission statement?
Preschool Teacher
The interview was virtual and a standard panel style. They left time for me to ask questions. It felt like a very typical interview.
- Can you name a supervisor you admire?
