Experience Design Intern
The interview process was very casual and respectful. I was asked several questions about why I thought the job was a good fit for me and my interests and then I was told more information about the company and the job.
- Why are you interested in this internship?
Production
I sent in my application and didn't hear back for ages, like months. Honestly, I'd completely forgotten about it. Then, after all that time, they invited me in. I met with two different people on the same day. It wasn't your typical interview; it felt more like a casual chat about my past work and how I could fit in with what they do here.
- Can you tell me about your career path up to this point?
Search and Media Operations Specialist
If you want to experience an unorganized, unprofessional, and just rude company, then go ahead and apply here. They lie to your face when they’re not acting like you’re trying to sell them life insurance when you’re answering an interview question. They work in advertising, an industry where image and positive branding is important, but they can’t even do that for their own company. The interviewer has an ego so large that it seems like she can’t think about anything else. They claim to be “One of the Best Places to Work in the Bay Area” twice, but I find that hard to believe.
- Tell me about your resume.
New Business Development
It was short and to the point, able to connect with the team you interview for. It was also nice to have a 2 stage process. Rather than a long interview process that takes a month plus. A very quick turnaround here.
- What's the main reason you want to join Eleven?
