Travel Support Agent
It was a really smooth and fast process! I submitted my application on Monday evening, and by Tuesday morning I had assessments. Then, a group interview happened that same Tuesday afternoon, followed by a final interview and offer on Wednesday morning. They even gave me a start date of the next Monday! The interviewer was super nice and friendly, and they even shared some of their own work experiences, which made me feel really good about possibly joining the company.
- Can you tell me about a time you dealt with a challenging customer situation?
- What are your thoughts on performance metrics in a call center setting?
Customer Service Representative
So my interview with Unbridled was kind of random, actually. They called 5 minutes before my video interview was scheduled, so I missed it (though I did do it later). The interviewer seemed really jolly on the phone, no bad vibes. She explained the job and what to expect, asked if I had questions, and then we dove into the interview questions. It was mostly just about my experience and preferences, with a couple of situational questions. They offered me the job on the spot, which I accepted, but I had to decline later because the start date was only two days away and I had to work my part-time job and had dentist appointments. It just wasn't feasible. She called back maybe a day later and offered me a different position with a three-week prep time and a higher salary, so I took that one and I'm waiting for my training to start. So far, everything's been smooth, no bad vibes.
- Can you share an instance where you had to handle an irate customer?
- What's your approach to dealing with an angry customer?
- How do you perform when dealing with stress and pressure?
Workforce Manager
Had a really nice phone screen. After that, I had one interview and they said I'd hear back that week. Then, radio silence. I sent a follow-up email a week later, and HR didn't even respond. It's fine if I don't get a second interview, but completely ghosting an applicant is super unprofessional.
- Can you discuss your past work experience?
Travel Consultant
First, there was a group session that was really informative and gave me a chance to talk to someone one-on-one. Second, the interview was very comfortable and personable. The testing part felt very in-depth and like real-life situations. I really enjoyed the whole interview experience.
- Can you tell me about your biggest weakness in a work setting?
