They reached out to me and asked me to interview. I was asked to prepare a lesson with slides and materials provided by them. The interviewer seemed unfriendly and unimpressed even before I started the lesson. She acted as if she was in a rush and seemed uncooperative to participate in the lesson I was presenting. Wasn't surprised I later received a rejection message.

It was an online web based interview. I had to present a sample lesson and then discuss it with the recruiter who handles curriculum and placement. The virtual trainings and onboarding were also a smooth process. All in all, it wasn't bad.

It was a traditional interview followed by a 12-minute live online lesson. It was a pleasant experience, especially if you are used to teaching online. Not so much if you are not up to date with post Covid technology.
