Desktop Support Engineer
It was a fast one-round interview. They mostly asked scenario-based questions about basic desktop troubleshooting. Besides the technical stuff, there were a couple of scenario questions. It's important to do well in the presentation and be able to explain technical terms.
- How would you determine a computer's IP address?
Desktop Support Engineer
It was a really easy and comfortable interview, with basic questions and friendly people. They asked about my experience. There were no communication issues. The whole thing was about 20 minutes online. It was the simplest interview I've had in my career.
- Can you share an instance where you had to deal with an upset end-user and detail your approach to handling it?
Project Manager
Great process for contractors to get interviews with clients. Both the contract organization and the vendor worked well together. I asked for a second-level interview after waiting 2 weeks and R4 made it happen. I'll continue this experience with R4.
- Is flexibility to change a characteristic you possess?
Service Delivery Manager
It was comfortable, letting me talk about my skills and experience. I could show examples of my work online.
