The interview process was straightforward and conducted virtually due to Covid. The interviewer was very kind and warm, which made me feel comfortable and calm throughout. I was asked about task prioritization and general questions about my strengths and weaknesses.

It was a casual group interview. Elephants is focused on building and keeping a "positive attitude" company culture, so I believe they were assessing how each candidate interacted with others during the interview.

It was a pretty straightforward interview process. I first chatted with an HR Representative, then I met with both the Catering Manager and the VP. It was a total of three parts. They really value personality over experience, and the questions they asked were quite simple. I also got to meet the team members very briefly after my interview, which gave me a quick look at who they are.
