I had two interviews, about 20 minutes each. They were impressed and hired me the same day. I got interviewed by the owner first, then by the manager. I also got to meet some of the therapists. The questions were odd, but I guess useful.

It was a pretty relaxed interview, not too hard or stressful. I spoke with both the owners. They asked a lot of questions about how to manage people in a modern way, like the common 'sell me this pen' type of question. They seem like really great people who are passionate about their company and driven to make it successful.

Met with owner at studio for about 30 minutes. She talked about the company, her franchises, and job requirements. She also asked me some questions about my experience and myself, and then hired me.
